Programming Sensors – Copy (use for a mechanically-broken, or low battery sensor replacement, or for a Seasonal / Duplicate set)
COPY ID: will duplicate the ID of the sensor on the vehicle, in which case a relearn will not be required. Sensor ID information can be obtained thru activating the OE sensors, or by connecting thru the OBD (when covered) and retrieving the ID’s from the ECU.
Programming Sensors – Create ID
Programming sensor using the Create ID option will create a new unique ID for the EZ-Sensor™ you are programming.
PROGRAMMING TIP: In order to activate or program EZ-Sensors™, the sensor body must be attached to the stem.
WARNING:Storing of duplicate set of sensors that are either not pressurized or below vehicle placard pressure, may cause the Low Pressure Light (TPMS Tell Tale) to come on. Remove all un-pressurized sensors from the area.
